Subsequent to a power outage my Water Softener stopped working this morning. At 12:45 in the afternoon I called Andy to discuss the issue. One hour later Andy was at my home checking out my softener, explaining everything in detail to me about it. We also discussed installing a new system as well.
Given the state my softener was in, and the fact that it was also more than a decade old, I decided to purchase a new one from Andy. We scheduled an appointment to have it installed the next morning. However, about an hour after Andy left my home he called me to say that if I would like he would come back out and install it tonight.
Andy and Rick arrived at my home at 3:30. Before 4:30 my new softener was installed, and the guys were pulling out of my driveway with my old softener.
Needless to say, I was super impressed with Andy and Rick's customer service and professionalism. The price of the new softener was also very competitive.
